Meet The Founders

The staff of Wentz and Webster, LLC has over 30 years of Engineering and Surveying experience related to highway design, land development, subdivisions, traffic engineering & studies, construction management, geotechnical design, Hydrologic/Hydraulic analysis & design, and permitting through various local, state, and federal agencies.

Tim Wentz

Tim has nearly 10 years of experience in several areas of civil engineering. Most recently Tim has led a team of engineering and traffic safety professionals performing traffic studies and design for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. He also planned and initiated approximately $3 million dollars worth of highway safety improvement projects per year. In addition, Tim had been providing land development services, on-lot septic design, topographic survey, and construction estimating services in a private part-time capacity prior to the inception of Wentz & Webster. Other areas of experience include geotechnical (soils engineering), surveying, stormwater design, state highway occupancy permits from a submitting and reviewing capacity, construction inspection, bridge inspection and structural analysis. Tim has a variety of public and private sector experience to overcome the challenges in advancing your project.

Randy Webster

Randy has over 20 years of civil engineering experience. He has over 13 years experience with PENNDOT holding titles of Civil Engineer and Project Manager. As project manager for 5 years he also acted as the District Erosion & Sediment Pollution Control/NPDES Permit Coordinator. Randy also has over 7 years of experience with a private consulting firm as a Senior Engineer and Senior Project Manager. He has managed all aspects of numerous projects from small studies and municipal road repairs to major 4-lane highway designs ranging in construction cost from $5,000 to $50 million. Randy had over 10 years of project management experience, which allow him to maintain a working relationship with many of the agencies who will be reviewing your next project.
